PROFILE

I want to work at the garden because: it a way to learn how to plant multiple plant in a some space and be able to provide for my self and my family.

Two of my personal goals for working at the Dallas Youth Garden this summer are:

1. To learn how to plant better

2. To learn how to weed

Two things I hope to learn from working at the Dallas Youth Garden are:

1.how to grow my own vegetables

2. A good work ethic

I think my biggest challenge will be: weeding the plants by accident

2. Resipe

Name: radish salad

Vegetable Used: radishes,tomatoes

Ingredients: radishes,onions,tomatoes,and mixed salad

Steps to Make it: 1 you cut the radishes into fourths, 2 cut your onions and tomatoes and add them to the radishes, 3 you combine all of it into the salad and add your dressing.

Opinion: this recipe was really good and I would make it again.

Ingredients:zucchini,potatoes,tomatoes,onions

Steps to make:cut up the zucchini,tomatoes,and potatoes in to chunks and then add ur seasonings and water and then let it sit.
